How many new tenders are published each day?
On average, about 15-20,000 new procurement notices are made available daily.
Where do tender notices come from? What are the sources?
Most of the tenders are republished from government procurement sites and sites of various public and international agencies, on daily basis. Additionally, a number of purchasers publish their tender notices directly on our site. We cover all significant government procurement tenders in over 60 countries (new countries are added frequently), and tenders of international development agencies in some 190 countries. In total, we publish over 1 million notices annually, covering some $900 billion in government contracts per year. We maintain a very comprehensive database of government procurement opportunities. If you are not sure whether or not procurement opportunities of a particular buyer are included in our coverage, please send us the website address (a link) to us, so we can make sure that it is included.
How often will I receive e-mail alerts?
Daily, but only if we have found matching procurement notices for you.
Can I receive alerts on e-mail? How do I manage alerts?
Yes, you can receive custom e-mail alerts based on any search results page that lists procurement notices. Above the results you will find the button 'Save and Set alert'. You can view your saved searches and deactivate or delete current alerts here.
I have saved searches but I have not received any email alerts recently. What should I do?
First check your Junk/Spam folder for emails from 'dgMarket'. If you find the emails in one of the mentioned folders, add info@dgmarket.com address to your safe sender list in order to avoid the emails being catalogued as unwanted mail. If you do not find any emails in your Junk/Spam folder, please contact us here .
We are a large company, how can we offer this service to our units?
We offer corporate packages to companies with more than 5 subscribers. Significant discounts are available starting with 10 or more subscribers.
>We are an association/membership organization, how can we offer this service to our members?
Depending on the number of members interested in our service, we can offer collective subscriptions at a discount. If you have hundreds of interested members, you might want to offer this service under your own brand, as part of the membership package. Please contact us at info@dgmarket.com to discuss various options.
Is it safe is to use credit card to pay for subscription?
Yes, it is. We do not store your credit card information. Your browser sends it to us over an encrypted SSL connection; then it is immediately passed to Paypal for further processing.
I only need one specific tender notice. Do I still need to pay full subscription price?
You can ask our sales agent for price to be paid. It is much less than a package.
Do you offer a free trial of your subscription services?
We offer a free trial to current subscribers of other commercial tender information services. Please write to us to request a free trial, and mention the service you are using.
If I cancel my subscription, will I receive a partial refund for the remaining period?
Sorry, we don't offer partial refunds.
I have a subscription. Why am I asked to subscribe when I open a tender notice?
In order to make sure that you have credits remaining and that you are logged in with the correct account, please go to My Account. You will find there your account information, subscription details and remaining notice views for the month.
How can I complain about a tender process?
Please bring your complaint to the attention of the purchasing authority first. If you feel the issue needs to be elevated to the next level, we would suggest that you seek specialist legal advice.

What are the benefits of publishing procurement notices on dgMarket?

What organizations can publish tenders on dgMarket?
Eligible organizations include government agencies and publicly owned companies, as well as large and reputable non-profits and private companies that purchase goods, works or services by following well-defined tendering processes.
How much does it cost to publish a tender?
Publishing procurement notices is free of charge. However, suppliers will need to subscribe in order to read your notices (except contract award notices, they are always free).

What type of procurement information can be published on dgMarket?
You can publish the following:
Tender announcements: requests for proposals, requests for expressions of interest, and prequalification notices.
Information about future procurement (procurement plans, prior information notices) and other announcements.
Tender results - contract award notices.
Requests for consultations - if you want to get suppliers' feedback on draft tender documentation before making it final.
Each procurement notice can have file attachments. For example, results of a pre-bid conference can be made public by attaching the minutes to a previously published RFP. Once a supplier has accessed certain tender notice, the system will automatically alert the supplier whenever you modify, update or correct the notice.
How to start publishing procurement notices on dgMarket?
Publication of tender information on the site is fast and free, once your agency is approved as a buyer. Register your organization's buyer profile here.

Unfortunately, we can only help you learn about procurement and consulting opportunities. We publish procurement information from a large number of governments and agencies, which employ a wide range of procurement practices. No single organization can be an expert in all of them.
