The Purpose Of The Contract Consists Of The Drafting Of The Special Plan And The Construction Project Of The New Station On Metro Line 10, In The Campamento Neighborhood, In The Municipality Of Madrid. The Project Will Contemplate The Execution Of The New Station. The Works Included Are: - The Drafting Of The Special Plan In Accordance With The Guidelines Indicated In Articles 50 And 67.1 Of Law 9/2001, Of July 17, On Land, Of The Community Of Madrid, And Its Modifications And All Urban Planning, Environmental And Sectoral Regulations That Are Applicable To The Territorial Scope Of The Special Plan, And The Compendium Of The Urban Planning Regulations Of The General Plan Of Each Municipality, And Its Modifications; The Selection Of Alternatives, And The Necessary Documentation For Environmental Processing, If Applicable, In Accordance With Law 21/2013 On Environmental Impact Assessment And Incorporating The Necessary Modifications For Approval. - The Drafting Of The Construction Project, In Accordance With The Regulations Detailed In The Specification Of Particular Technical Prescriptions (Pptp) And The Performance Of All Previous Diagnostic Work On The Current Situation, Necessary For The Selection And Definition Of The Construction Solution To Be Developed Through The Drafting Of The Construction Project And The Preparation Of The Documents That Compose It: Report Together With Its Annexes, Plans, Documents, Measurements And Budget, As Well As Incorporating The Necessary Modifications For Its Approval.
