The Object Of The Project "Restoration Of Els Garidells Castle. Phase V" Is The Adaptation And Putting Into Use, By The Administration, Of A Space In The Els Garidells Castle Excavated Using Archaeological Methods During The Previous Restoration Phases. This Area Corresponds To The Basement Of The Torre Del Homenaje. The Use That The Conditioned Space Will House Will Be Museum And Dissemination Of The History Of The Garidells Castle, As Well As The Municipality, Its Inhabitants And Its Surroundings. To This End, It Is Proposed To Adapt The Circulation Level, Functionally Recover The Interior Stairs, Cover Them To Prevent Water Access Through The Stairwell, And Waterproof The Ground Floor Floor To Prevent Leaks To The Basement. The Purpose Of The Works Intended With The Project Is The Development Of The Proposal For Actions Inside The Castle To Adapt The Basement Space To A New Use As A Museum-Divulgative Area, While At The Same Time The Necessary Conservation And Restoration Work Is Proposed To Clean Up And Consolidate The Vertical Walls Of Said Space.
