This Consultation Concerns The Supply Of Paper And Envelopes For The City Of Montmorency. The Award Procedure Is The Open Adapted Procedure. The Framework Agreement Is Divided Into Lots As Follows: - Lot 1 Supply Of Paper: The Order Amount Of The Lot And Each Renewal Is Limited To '20,000.00 Excluding Tax - Lot 2 Supply Of Screen-Printed Envelopes: The Order Amount Of The Lot And Each Renewal Is Limited To '8,000.00 Excluding Tax. It Is Subject To The Provisions Of Article R.2123-1 Of The Order Code Public. The Framework Agreement For Purchase Orders Is Made In Accordance With Articles R.2162-13 And 14 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of One Year From The Date Of Notification Of The Contract Or From November 29, 2025 If The Notification Is Prior To This Date. The Framework Agreement Can Be Tacitly Renewed Until Its End. The Number Of Renewal Periods Is Set At 3. The Duration Of Each Renewal Period Is 1 Year.
