During The Execution And Commissioning Phase Of The First Round Of Facilities, New Needs Have Emerged That Were Not Foreseeable In The Initial Planning. Specifically: • During The Deployment Phase And The Drafting Of Technical Reports For The Points, Locations Were Identified That Were Not Initially Viable Or Were Not Considered A Priority, But Which, Following The Evolution Of Municipal Planning, The Increase In Potential Demand And The Strategic Coherence Of The Network, Have Become Suitable And Necessary Locations To Guarantee The Territorial Capillarity Of The Service. • In Other Municipalities, The Demand For Use Has Evolved, And It Has Been Considered Necessary To Incorporate A Second Charging Point To Guarantee Coverage, Redundancy And Continuity Of The Service. • These New Needs Could Not Be Anticipated At The Time Of Drafting The Initial Contract, As They Respond To Decisions And Situations That Arose During The Actual Deployment Process And Direct Interaction With The Territory. At The Same Time, Once The Awards Of The First Phase Have Been Completed, It Has Been Established That There Is Still Economic Available Within The Same Project Financed By The Ftn, Which Makes It Possible To Respond To These Emerging Needs And Expand The Network With 11 New Charging Points In Additional Municipalities. The Object Of This Contract Is The Expansion And Consolidation Of The Public Network Of Fast Charging Infrastructure For Electric Vehicles In The Terres De L'Ebre, Through The Supply, Installation, Commissioning And Complete Legalization Of 11 Fast Charging Stations. This Legalization Includes The Procedures With The Distribution Companies, The Obtaining Of The Corresponding Municipal Permits, The Legalization Before The General Direction Of Low Voltage Energy (Lv), As Well As The Registration In The Registry Of Technical Installations Of Industrial Safety Of Catalonia (Ritsic).
