The equipment should be brand new, not for exhibition, not for demonstration purposes.
A detailed description of the subject of the order and the quantity is specified in Annexes No. 2.1-2.7 to the SWZ, respectively, to Package No. 1-7.
Information on the principles of delivery, guarantee and remuneration is included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - draft provisions of the public procurement contract for Packages 1, 3-7 and Annex No. 3a for Package 2  
The Ordering Party reserves the right to appropriately modify the draft provisions of the public procurement contract in the event that one contractor is awarded a public contract for more than one task in this procedure.
The subject of the order must meet the requirements of the "Do No Significant Harm" (DNSH) principle, in accordance with Art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of 18 June 2020. This rule applies in connection with the financing of the contract under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO).
