notice_summary_english: The subject of this public procurement procedure is the expansion of the hospital IT system with integration with the P1 system and the implementation of AI solutions to increase the level of digital maturity and cybersecurity of the Hospital in order to implement the task entitled: "Development of digital services in the Provincial Hospital in Kielce" project number KPOD.07.03-IP.10-0086/25 under D1.1.2 "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care" (competitive recruitment - recruitment number: KPOD.07.03-IP.10-001/25) of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO). The procedure is conducted in compliance with horizontal principles, therefore, when submitting an offer, Contractors confirm with a declaration that it has been prepared in compliance with horizontal principles and if their offer is selected, the order will be executed in compliance with, among others: these rules, i.e.:
a) the principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for people with disabilities, taking into account the fulfillment of the requirements specified in the Accessibility Standards for Cohesion Policy 2021-2027, 
b) the principles of equality between women and men; 
c) principles of sustainable development; 
d) principles of the long-term impact of the project on the efficiency and resilience of the Polish economy 
e) the principle of "Do Not Significant Harm" (DNSH) and compliance with the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union (CFR); 
f) UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). 
The Ordering Party requires a declaration regarding the application of the DNSH principle to be submitted with the offer.
