It Is The Subject Of This Contract For The Contracting Of The Necessary Services For The Maintenance Of Municipally Owned Generating Sets (Ge), The Definition Of Actions To Maintain The Level Of Service For Which They Were Designed, The Prevention Of Possible Breakdowns And The Carrying Out Of Repairs And Actions In The Facilities In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In This Document, In Order To: • Preserve The Safety Of People (Users) And Property Of Municipal Buildings And Equipment. • Ensure The Normal Operation Of These Facilities And Prevent Disturbances Or Effects On Other Facilities And Services. • Contribute To The Operational Reliability Of Emergency Electrical Energy Supply Systems. Explicitly, The Provision Of The Ge Maintenance Service Will Include: • Preventive Maintenance. • Corrective And Urgent Corrective Maintenance. • Other Works And Services Related To The Facilities. It Is Considered Included In The Contract Price All The Tasks, Materials, Tools, Equipment, Software And Machinery Described In This Specification And The Means, Studies Or Controls That Are Necessary For The Adequate Execution Of The Service.
