At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in international / national transport sectors such as transports – trade facilitation – logistics – customs / transport corridors, and in project management (studies monitoring, procurement, supervision of works);

Proven experience in public / donors’ funded procurement and monitoring the performance of these contracts in developing and emerging countries;

Professional experience or knowledge of the operations of an international financial institution (international or bilateral donors) would be a plus. 

Demonstrated experiences on Donors-financed projects would be a plus, experiences on EU-funded projects delegated to AFD will be valued;

Able to carry out technical and sectoral analysis of projects (consistency with public policies, analysis of needs and challenges, technical and financial feasibility of an investment)

Fluency in French and English at the minimum
