The Cluster serves as a strategic driver of integrated regional development – advancing economic growth, strengthening social resilience, and promoting environmental sustainability. Its core mission is to foster cross-municipal collaboration, improve public services, and unlock shared opportunities. Over the past years, the Cluster has built a strong foundation for multi-sector dialogue, engaging local and central government, business leaders, civil society, and academia. This collaborative platform enables new partnerships, surfaces shared challenges, and creates long-term solutions with a tangible impact on the daily lives of residents throughout Haifa Bay and its surrounding communities. |
